Who are we?

ASERCOL S.A, was founded in Cartagena, Colombia in 1982 as an advisory enterprise in Foreign Trade and Customs brokers devoted to providing a program to facilitate compliance with existing legal standards on imports, exports and customs transit services in Colombia.

How do we do it?

Our company is duly approved by Colombia’s Directorate of National Taxes and Customs  (DIAN) as a Agencia de Level 1 Customs Agency, by means of Resolución No. 002324 of March 2nd, 2009, to exercise customs brokerage activities without any restrictions as an ancillary activity of customs civil duties in the commercial and services field aimed at ensuring that our customers and other users of foreign trade comply with standards for the import, export and customs transit, and other operations or customs procedures inherent of such activities.

Why do we do it?

Our basic aim is to collaborate with customs authorities in the strict application of legal regulations related to foreign trade for the proper development of customs procedures and other activities and derivative duties thereof.
